POSITION TITLE: Education Program Consultant -
FULL-TIME
REPORTS TO: Vice President Sales and Marketing
POSITION PURPOSE:
The Education Program Consultant position is responsible for retaining existing and newly acquired clients through excellent customer service provided in an efficient and effective manner.
Essential Functions and Basic Duties

Learn and embrace ACTS’ mission

Learn and master operational procedures

Establish and maintain business relationships with clients

Maintain detailed records within database
-
Rebook clients for future programs
-
Work cooperatively with management to expedite resolutions to client issues
-
Work effectively with all internal departments to ensure quality customer service and satisfaction
-
Complete special projects and miscellaneous assignments as required
Qualifications
Education/Certification:
· College degree preferred
Required Knowledge:
Proficiency in Microsoft Products
Experience Required:
One year of previous related experience preferred
Skills/Abilities:
· Excellent oral and written communications skills
· Excellent customer service skills
· Detailed oriented with strong organizational skills
· Able to work diplomatically with people from various backgrounds
· Able to work independently and with the team
· Able to think clearly and make sound decisions
· Highly self-motivated
